A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT: Welcome to Madison Area Sewing Guild’s website! We hope you will find our website user-friendly and informative. Please let us know your thoughts and suggestions. We would love to hear from you! For our September meeting, we will be having Super Show and Tell at Agrace. September is National Sewing Month so a wonderful time to show off and speak to the projects we all have been working on over the summer (or year). An idea recommended in our Google Survey was to host a "Historical Show and Tell" with projects from early in our sewing journeys. I know many of us may not have kept a lot of those items but if you have, I am going to highly encourage you to bring them in and speak to them as I think this is a wonderful way to celebrate our craft! Please come prepared with recent projects and favorites from the past! See you all soon. Details: Tuesday, September 8th, 7pm at Agrace in Fitchburg. We will be meeting in the Dining Hall. WHO WE ARE The Madison-area sewing guild enthusiastically works to create connections between sewists and our community at large. We offer learning opportunities, as well as a forum to exchange ideas, inspire each other, and develop creativity. We strive to improve our community and our skills by giving back with charitable sewing. We welcome all ages and all levels of experience. Our members hail from all over central and south-central Wisconsin, as well as northern Illinois. You can learn more about us on our About page, and learn more about our history on our History page.
